A monthly dinner series in 2026 with Australia's most iconic wineries. For one night every month, Milk Beach Soho partners with an iconic Australian winery to showcase a selection of wines alongside a bespoke three course sharing menu crafted by Head Chef Alex Busca. Each evening is hosted by Wilem Powell alongside a representative ambassador, owner or winemaker from the winery. Spaces are limited with up to 14 seats per event across one large table.
