The Animal Defence Trust provides grants to registered charities for specific projects focused on rescuing and caring for animals that have suffered cruelty, as well as alternatives to animal use in research and humane animal transportation. Trustees meet annually to review applications, which must be submitted by post by 31 March of the relevant year.
