Ongoing, resource-oriented supervision for teams or parts of teams, including team, project, case and leadership supervision. Sessions support reflection on roles and positions, access to resources, identification and reduction of stress factors, creativity, team communication and collaborative solutions. Frequency, setting, number and duration of sessions are tailored to requirements. Sessions can take place regularly, for example fortnightly or monthly, with no ongoing commitment. The fee is EUR 120 per hour plus a travel charge depending on distance.
