Activities include arts and crafts, music and dance, gardening, games, gentle exercise, social and recreational outings, local cafe lunches, morning tea and lunch. A personalised care plan is developed to address individual interests and needs, and assistance with transport may be available. A My Aged Care referral code is required. The cost is $21 per social group session, including morning tea and lunch.
