The STAB Prize honours outstanding achievements in fluid mechanics and promotes research and development in this field. It is endowed with 5,000 euros and is presented to the prizewinner at the STAB Symposium in Aachen. Eligible works include experimental, numerical and theoretical research and their implementation in technical applications. The prize is awarded every two years.
