The Paris IAS hosts conferences, study days and seminar sessions organised by researchers and lecturer-researchers from partner institutions. Eligible topics cover the humanities and social sciences, or related fields, with preference given to international and interdisciplinary events. Events take place at the Hôtel de Lauzun and include meeting rooms and equipment provided free of charge to selected organisers. Prior registration is mandatory, and organisers are responsible for additional costs, public access and compliance with event guidelines. Hosting is available from 18 January to 2 July 2027 and from 29 September to 10 December 2027, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays excluding public holidays. Event times are 09:30 to 18:30, including a welcome coffee and cocktail reception. Proposals must be submitted by 17 May 2026.
