The bar's nightly ritual begins at 5:00pm, when the great lantern ascends to reveal the circular bar and project a fresco of zodiacal constellations. The spectacle includes music by Parisian electro DJ duo Polo et Pan. Tapas are served until 10:30pm. No reservations are required.
