A site-specific sound-art installation in the NYU Bobst Library atrium. Once per day, timed to coincide with sunset in New York City, four computer-controlled loudspeakers project a brief cascade of electroacoustic tones generated from anonymized library turnstile data. The one- to two-minute sound sequences blend with the ambient sounds of library activity.
