A members-only, by-appointment dining experience featuring a modern interpretation of Japanese Kaiseki cuisine. The 10 to 12 course Omakase tasting menu includes individually handmade Edomae sushi with fish flown in daily from Japan and hyper-seasonal ingredients. Signature wine pairings are available, menus and ambiance are individually customized, and live entertainment options can enhance the experience. One service is offered per day for a member and up to 15 personally selected guests. Members choose the date and time for their event.
