A vegetarian sharing menu featuring BBQ edamame, yasai miso crispy sushi, lychee ceviche, king oyster mushroom tostadas, nasu miso, truffled mushroom rice, truffled avocado roll and milk soft serve ice cream. Available Monday to Friday from 5pm to 6:30pm. £35 per person, with a discretionary 15% service charge added to the bill.
