The PMI centre offers medical pregnancy follow-up consultations, individual or couple interviews during the first trimester, prescriptions for additional examinations when needed, referral for the first ultrasound, support in choosing a maternity unit, postnatal support, childbirth preparation sessions at some centres, home visits and home assistance when required. For children under 6, services include growth and development monitoring, vaccinations, childcare advice, home visits and psychological support. Most centres can be accessed without an appointment to weigh a baby or obtain childcare advice. Services are free and anonymous. Centres are generally open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:30. Contact the centre for evening consultations or activities until 19:00.
