Open group for everyone. The group starts together at 18:00 and creates a safe, closed space. Late arrival is only possible by arrangement. No registration is necessary. No martial arts experience or special fitness is required. Bring soft knee and elbow pads if needed, or comfortable clothing covering the knees and elbows. This is an open play space, not a workshop, and participation is entirely at your own responsibility. The event ends at 21:00. Participation costs 15 EUR, with a solidarity price of 10 EUR, payable on site.
