A free, immersive career sprint for London-based graduates and recent graduates. The programme includes CV rewrites, confidence and personal brand workshops, mock interviews, networking with recruiters, salary negotiation, founder talks, music and community activities, plus an optional overnight session. Each cohort has 100 graduates, and attendees join the Panthea alumni community after completing the marathon.
