Eligible Australian residents aged 18 or over can receive one digital prepaid Mastercard, or a physical eftpos Prepaid Gift Card if they do not have a supported smartphone, when they purchase and commence an eligible HCF combined Hospital and Extras health insurance policy through an approved One Big Switch or HCF channel during the offer period. The offer is valued at AUD $450 for families, couples and single parent families, or AUD $150 for singles. Eligibility requirements apply, including maintaining the policy for four months with premiums paid up to date. The Mastercard is sent by SMS within 30 days after eligibility requirements are met.
