A combined hospitality and entertainment industry night hosted by Maxine's and Los Hermanos. Hospitality and entertainment industry workers enter free, while non-industry tickets are $15 per person. Food is supplied by chefs from Los Hermanos, with entertainment by Maxine's, regular shows on stage throughout the night, and dancers wearing civilian clothing while entertaining patrons in the private and VIP rooms. A discreet wrist band identifies who is working and who is a patron.
