A celebration of Mexican Independence, flavor, and tradition inspired by Puebla. The dinner includes a first course of chancla, a choice of mixote de borrego or chile en nogada for the second course, and cremita con alegria for dessert. Cocktails inspired by Chef Dudley's menu and an El Tesoro tequila flight are also offered.
