An Aerial Yoga Playshop for children aged 6 to 12. Using supportive hammocks, children explore movement, balance and breath through playful poses, transitions and beginner anti-gravity tricks, building strength, flexibility, confidence and coordination. No prior aerial yoga experience is necessary. Taught in English, with some German translation possible.
