A joint Concentrated Inspection Campaign on cargo securing of cargo units and cargo transport units. Port State Control Officers will use a pre-defined questionnaire to assess compliance with current SOLAS Convention requirements for the loading, stowage and securing of cargo. Vessels will be subject to only one inspection under the campaign during the period, per MoU.
