A 10-week workshop covering chord types, chord progressions, melody, scales, modes and other aspects of harmony, including composition and improvisation in jazz, blues, funk and soul styles. Participants need basic music theory knowledge and ability on an instrument, preferably keyboard or guitar. The course starts in January 2007 and costs £100.
