A 25 plus year Halloween party started by NYRP's founder, Bette Midler, and considered one of the hottest Halloween parties in New York City. The event is a 600 plus person costume party that has included appearances by Jane Krakowski, Alan Cumming, Ava Max, Chloe Bailey, Dionne Warwick and many more. It raises over $2 million for each Hulaween.
