The Hox Sarnie Special is a monthly rotating sandwich series in the lobby at The Hoxton, Holborn, created in collaboration with London's food talent and Rondo. In August, CASA LAWA serves the Mortadella Beach Sarnie, toasted focaccia layered with mortadella, stracciatella, sliced peaches, CASA LAWA garden pesto, chilli oil and lemon zest, paired with a Monkey Shoulder Peach Collins. Available throughout August in the Holborn lobby.
