Services include invitation and RSVP management, guest liaison, event marketing and PR, venue search and selection, supplier and speaker sourcing, food and beverage management, budget and logistics management, accommodation management, entertainment, gifts, décor, event-day setup, supplier and delegate management, clear-up, budget consolidation, post-event analysis and administration. Investment is 15 to 20% of total event budget spend, with a minimum fee applying.
