Book Rosa 402 for intimate gatherings, retail pop ups, art galleries, micro movement classes, workshops, film and photo production, or other creative uses. Friday evening bookings run from 5:00 PM to midnight, with a 4 hour minimum. Rates are $250 per hour, increasing to $300 after 10:00 PM. An additional $150 cleaning fee applies to every booking.
