Two-day experiential training on anticipating future skills and transforming current HR practices. Participants collectively work through the stages of an action-oriented HR foresight process, from identifying change factors and developing scenarios to identifying future skills, HR challenges and action pathways. The programme includes three interactive sequences, presentations, group exercises and use of a collaborative digital foresight platform. No specific prior knowledge is required. Places are limited to 10 participants. Registration costs 1500 EUR including VAT, lunches and materials.
