Three-day, 21-hour in-person Deep Tissue massage training for beginners, wellness, health, beauty, sport and fitness professionals. The course covers deep massage techniques, anatomy, adapting treatment to individual needs, safety, communication and supervised practical application. Classes are conducted in French, with a maximum of 12 participants. No technical prerequisites are required, but registration is confirmed after an interview and receipt of the complete registration file. Classes run from 09:30 to 17:00, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00. The training takes place at Jaidee, 25 rue du Général Foy, 75008 Paris.
