The evening features exclusive one-night-only dishes, trader collaborations, restaurants serving on the Market floor, live fire cooking demonstrations, masterclasses and Q&As with chefs and producers, a communal food hall, and a live DJ soundtrack. Tickets are required for entry. All dishes, produce, and drink are available to purchase separately.
