The film, light and sound projection titled "People and Parliament: Living Democracy in Germany" is shown daily on the facade of the Marie-Elisabeth-Lüders-Haus. The presentation traces the history of Germany's parliamentary democracy and takes place on five projection surfaces across the building. Each showing lasts around 40 minutes, and the film is shown twice consecutively each evening. Viewing is free. The audience area is on the open-air steps on the southern bank of the Spree near Friedrich-Ebert-Platz. Light and possible flickering effects are used.
