One-day, six-hour, in-person training for company employees, coaches, therapists, consultants and equestrian professionals. Participants develop emotional and relational intelligence through practical workshops with horses, including communication, positioning, leadership, conflict management and coaching exercises. Groups are limited to 10 people. No prerequisites. The training takes place at Ekker in Paris or at equestrian centres in Seine-et-Marne and Essonne. Dates and calendar to be defined. Price: 600 EUR.
