A five-part series of interactive, classroom-style sessions for aspiring leaders in property funds management, entrepreneurs entering the sector and developers establishing a property funds management business. Sessions cover property fund fundamentals, personal and business issues, fund structuring, debt and equity, and legal, regulatory and compliance matters. Canapes and refreshments, networking opportunities, speaker presentations and handouts are provided. The series costs $800 per person or $1,600 for a group booking of up to three people, excluding GST.
