Crèche managers organise up to four educational days per year. These days support the implementation and monitoring of educational projects and qualitative discussion among staff about collective life at the establishment. Children cannot be accommodated during these sessions. One day may instead be divided into four two-hour meetings during the year, causing the establishment to open later or close earlier.
