A six-session in-person antenatal course with four live-online sessions and a video portal of resources. Sessions are midwife-led, with input from an obstetric doctor, hypnobirthing teacher, baby doctor, IBCLC feeding specialist, physiotherapist and baby first aid instructor. The course includes in-person hypnobirthing and first aid, and is designed for up to two attendees.
