Sites that are currently suspended and require a site superintendent, site safety coordinator or site safety manager must submit a weekly certification to the New York City Department of Buildings through the DOB Now E-filing Portal. A new submission must be made each week for every job that requires a safety inspection. In-person filing is also available during limited hours.
