The DPDoR programme supports Associate Deans and Directors of Research in developing the leadership skills, strategic understanding, and collaborative approaches required to build high-performing research environments. It consists of four in-person sessions held across the academic year, delivered jointly by the Chartered ABS and the British Academy of Management.
