Dap Thai is the sport version of Krabi Krabong, involving fighting with protections and single or double padded swords. Training and fighting swords are made of rattan with a layer of padding. Sessions include technique drills and supervised sparring, with beginners welcome to try. Wooden and soft padded swords are provided for technique drills and light sparring. Sparring is optional, and participants are pushed according to their level.
