The two-month course is completed entirely from home through detailed videos, at your own pace, with personalised support and a dedicated tutor available by video conference. Learn product selection, preparation and cooking techniques, professional pasta and sauces, pastry basics, plating and food hygiene. The course includes practical work, prepares for a national certification, and offers an optional advanced plating module after completion. Partial or full funding may be available through CPF or France Travail, with the option to choose your start date.
