COVID-19 vaccinations are offered according to the updated STIKO recommendations dated July 2026. Annual booster vaccination is recommended for people aged 75 and over. Vaccination is also recommended for people with certain risk situations, including chronic illnesses, residence in care homes and increased occupational risk. Vaccination is preferably given in autumn.
