A half-day workshop teaching end users how to use Microsoft Teams effectively. Participants gain a baseline understanding of Microsoft Teams workloads and features for the modern hybrid workplace, including chat and calling, meetings, team collaboration, and working with files in Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. The course includes approximately 25% theory, 50% practical demonstrations, and 25% practical tasks, activities or labs. It is aimed at end users with minimal Microsoft Teams experience, as well as users looking to optimise their use of Teams. Dates are mutually agreed.
