A remote learning programme for people who conduct or oversee workplace investigations. The programme covers best practice investigation processes, complaint handling, victim-centric and trauma-informed approaches, scoping, communications, allegations, evidence, interviews, procedural fairness, credibility, record-keeping, confidentiality and report writing. It includes four interactive online sessions over two weeks, independent study, a detailed workbook, templates and session recordings. Participants can bring challenging situations for discussion. Group sizes are kept small. The programme includes a licence to use Justitia's five key template documents within the organisation.
