A workshop for employees exploring experiences with democracy in education and the workplace, the current state of participation in Germany, and concepts of company democracy in theory and practice, including cooperatives, neutralised capital, company councils, sociocracy and commoning. The focus is on employee participation. The workshop is part of the programme of the Network for Common Good Economy Companies Berlin-Brandenburg. Led by Matthias Kasper and Philip Euteneuer.
