The brunch platter includes Birria Chilaquiles, scrambled or fried eggs, a warm Gouda quesadilla, four signature salsas, and a traditional Dutch pancake with dulce de leche and fresh berries. Includes two hours of free-flow beer, wine and soft drinks, plus a welcome cocktail. CIMA Rooftop Bar is an 18+ venue. Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are requested for groups of 8 or more, and groups of 25 or more should contact the venue.
