More than a dozen Swiss cider producers present the diversity of local cider, from traditional apple juice to modern, varietal and spontaneously fermented variations, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Visitors can speak directly with producers and buy bottles. Admission is free, a tasting glass costs CHF 5 and tasting portions start at CHF 2 for 10 cl.
