In collaboration with Moriarty Events, Spook catered for Cartier at the iconic Charterhouse. Guests enjoyed an exquisite menu featuring Jerusalem Artichoke Crisps with Taleggio and Truffle Honey, British Burrata with Delica Pumpkin, Pesto and Autumnal Crackers, Lake District Fillet of Beef with Beef Fat Pomme Anna, Caramelised Cauliflower Purée, Variegated Kale, Charred Onion and Jus, followed by Chocolate Crémeux with Glazed Cherries, Biscuit Crumb and Crème Fraîche.
