The service is available in person, remotely or in a mixed format at Cnam centres in Île-de-France. A first individual exchange is free, confidential and without commitment. All packages include personalised support, regular consultant exchanges, access to the Visio Métiers tool for conversations with professionals, and follow-up between sessions. The Classic package includes 18 hours of support for 1,750 EUR, the Premium package includes 22 hours for 2,100 EUR, and the Enterprise Premium Plus package includes 24 hours for 2,450 EUR.
