A two-day Corporate Governance education and development event for first-time participants at Board Academy events. Based on realistic case studies, it focuses on moderated exchange covering the foundations of good Corporate Governance, Financial and Sustainability Reporting, requirements for corporate leadership, and competencies for modern supervisory boards. Participation is limited to approximately 30 executives. The event includes a certificate, Basisveranstaltung Board Academy, and takes place at an event location on Lake Starnberg.
