The Hammersmith & Fulham School of Gymnastics Awards Medal Scheme gives gymnasts of all ages and abilities the opportunity to progress through 10 colour-themed levels, from Beginner to Advanced. Each level includes skills across fitness, flexibility, balance, floor, agility, vault preparation, apparatus or partner work, and strength. Gymnasts are assessed by coaches throughout the year, with a pass mark of 7 out of 10. Successful gymnasts can purchase a certificate and medal. The scheme is worked on a minimum of twice per year.
