The training includes practical installer guidance, a deep dive into the updated Installer App, App-supported fault diagnosis, a live Q&A with a member of the tech team and an overview of available support. Successfully completing the full course can unlock a 5-year product warranty and access to approved installer marketing assets, subject to verification and terms and conditions.
