Antenatal course for expectant parents, with six in-person sessions, four live-online sessions and a video portal with resources. Sessions are midwife-led, with input from an obstetric doctor, hypnobirthing teacher, baby doctor, IBCLC feeding specialist, physiotherapist and baby first aid instructor. The course includes in-person hypnobirthing and first aid, and costs £279 for up to two attendees.
