Join us for an intimate evening celebrating six businesses currently in incubation at La Cocina as they collaborate on a one-of-a-kind menu of seven dishes. The evening features food, community, and a first look at the newest businesses taking shape in the kitchen. Ticket sales will go live mid-August. Participating businesses include Cafe Jarocha, Good Roux, Kulu, Moonchi, Papadzul, and The Sweet & Savory Galette.
